Civil Ceremonies

At the Castle Oaks House Hotel in Limerick we have facilitated civil marriage ceremonies since 2009, and it has paved the way for many couples to design their own dream wedding.

Our extensive grounds include the intimate Acorn Suite and the newly renovated Stradbally Suite, which was originally built by the Presentation Order as their chapel. When we converted the convent to the Castle Oaks House Hotel, we kept many of the original chapel features including the Stained Glass Windows and the original Solid Wood Mahogany Floor, which is now our large Dance Floor. The Stradbally Suite now resembles great banqueting halls of the past and provides a perfect alternative venue to exchange those all important wedding vows.

Castle Oaks House Hotel is an alternative to the traditional church wedding. As the Mid-Wests premier civil ceremony venue we have hosted an array of different styles of ceremonies from civil ceremonies, civil weddings, blessings, humanist ceremonies, hindu blessings and other religious ceremonies.
