Fungi the Dolphin Boat Trips

Take a fun filled Boat Tour out to see Fungi the Dingle Dolphin in the beautiful setting of Dingle Bay. While watching Fungi, take in the beautiful scenery that Dingle Harbour has to offer. Daily departures are available from Dingle Pier from 10.00am throughout the day. No charge if Fungi is not seen!!

Dingle Oceanworld

Dingle’s aquarium, Dingle Oceanworld is situated along the seafront and provides an interesting activity for all ages particularly on a rainy day. Situated near Dingle Harbour this interactive centre takes the visitor on a journey beneath the ocean, coming face to face with Reef Sharks and deadly Piranha. It is also home to the “Polar Penguin Exhibition” which houses 12 Gentoo Penguins, the 3rd largest penguin species in the world and can reach swimming times of up to 40 km per hour. The aquarium also introduces the visitor to the many species of fish in our waters and one can meet Molly the Turtle, hold a starfish and stroke the rays. One can also attend the daily feedings during the summer season and experience the Amazonian jungle feature. All in all Oceanworld is a fantastic fun day out for all the family.

Play at Height Climbing Wall

Offers the thrill of rock climbing in a fun and safe environment with something to suit all ages and levels of ability, its fun for all the family. Also open this year is the amazing outdoor high ropes course where you can work your way through 10 fun filled elements 30 feet up in the air! Finish off you visit with a go on the outdoor freefall, a chance to jump from a 40 foot high tower!!

Louis Mulcahy Pottery Workshops

The workshop in Cloghar has an open room where guests can try their skill on the potters wheel. The professionals can be seen going through their daily routine of throwing pots and the guests can try their skill at making the simplest shape. It’s great fun and the experience is absolutely free. If you wish to take the pot and have it fired, there is a minimal charge. Pre booking is necessary.
