The restaurant overlooking the mature gardens is open from 6.30-9pm each evening. We also offers a more casual dining experience in the Island Bar for those who simply want an evening out with friends, a spot of bar food or time out to enjoy a speciality coffee while taking in spectacular views of the river Shannon. The Castle Oaks remain loyal to the age old craft of baking and serve a range of breads and pastries daily.
