Wake up to Breakfast in Cooke’s restaurant overlooking our 200 year old walled garden.  Mid-morning, cosy up beside the fire in our elegant foyer with your complimentary daily newspaper and enjoy homemade scones with jam and cream.
Bar 62 is the place for all day dining, maybe you could try a steaming mug of our excellent chowder, a salad of bacon and black pudding with wholegrain mustard and honey dressing or how about smoked salmon on Mother Loughnane’s brown bread.

Cooke’s Restaurant is a hive of activity in the evenings, particularly on weekends, and a real favourite with locals and hotel guests alike.  We take great pride in our Steaks and our guests also enjoy Slow Roasted Lamb Shank, Wok fried Dublin Bay Prawns, as well as a wonderful selection of homemade ice-creams.

Private Dining is a speciality and we have a number of elegant Dining Rooms for family reunions, Tour Groups and other occasions – all available at no extra cost.
