The dedicated conference team in the Falls Hotel & Spa can cater for a full range of conference, banqueting, events and business meeting needs. All function and syndicate rooms are very flexible in managing small, medium and large meeting requirements from 2 - 350 delegates.

Our conference team devises delegate packages tailored to your specific needs and our kitchen team offer varied and tasty menu choices, made with locally sourced produce, where possible.

The Hotel has one large meeting room the Woodland Suite, four breakout/meeting rooms and a large exhibition area. If you are planning on combining meetings with some team building in the afternoon the grounds surrounding the hotel are ideal for these events.

The hotel's spousal programmes include spa treatments in River Spa, golfing in nearby Lahinch and tours to the many sights in the Burren region, located only 10 minutes from the hotel.

Meeting Rooms
Woodland Suite:
This suite is located on the ground floor of the hotel and can cater for 350 delegates theatre style. It is equipped with its own PA System and Screen. It has two bars, a permanent stage, is fully air conditioned and contains wide access areas directly into the room from the car park, for the loading and unloading of conference equipment.
Banqueting - 350 people and Classroom - 200 people.

Riverview Suite:
This suite is a cosy meeting room overlooking the River Inagh. It has the capacity for 45 people theatre style and 50 people banqueting. This room is perfect for smaller meetings or as a private dining room.
Banqueting - 40 people, Classroom - 15 people, U-shape - 15 people and Boardroom - 20 people.

Orchard Suite:
This suite is located off the main lobby of the hotel, can cater for up to 50 people theatre style and is fully air conditioned.
U-shape - 20 people and boardroom - 25 people.

McCarthy and Teach Mor Suites
These suites are located in the Georgian section of the hotel. They have retained the old style and character of the Georgian building and are air conditioned.

Team Building Activities Clare
The 50 acres of grounds surrounding the hotel are ideal for all team building activities.
All the team building activities devised use the gardens, woods and river walks surrounding the hotel plus the town of Ennistymon, located at the end of the hotel driveway. The games encourage groups to think outside the box while at the same time pooling their skills, resources and experience, within a team. A range of activities are available that are both physical and mental challenges.
