Dr. Anu, our Ayurvedic Doctor offers traditional Indian treatments from a Treatment Suite at The Midleton Park Hotel.  She can recommend personalised, specific treatments that will compliment your lifestyle and will give follow on advice on how to incorporate this approach into everyday life.  An example of a popular treatment is Podikizhi where potent herbal formulations, wrapped in small cloth bags, are soaked in warm herbal oils and compressed all over the body. Contact our Welness Centre for details.
 
Our Bears Kids Club, run by our Leisure Centre Team, operates at select midterm breaks and select summer dates.  Open from 10.30am to 9.30pm (Kids Club exclusive 6pm to 8.30pm) it includes arts & crafts, games, movies and a childrens tea (€10.00), allowing parents the time to relax and enjoy the evening.
