Ardilaun Leisure Club
The Ardilaun Leisure Club in an exclusive facility which provides a vast array of services to suit all tastes. The Club is situated at the heart of Taylors Hill at The Ardilaun Hotel & Conference Centre. We operate around the concept of generating fitness and wellness in one surrounding.
The staff at The Ardilaun cater to the individual needs of clients in the health and fitness industry. We provide a dedicated team that delivers this concept through time and effort, professionalism and personal attention.

Gymnasium
We recently renovated the gymnasium which has a complete range of the latest cardio-vascular and resistance training equipment from the well renowned Techno Gym brand. The recent updating of the extra new gym equipment,extra free weight section and five flat wide screens with a new state of the range sound system has helped the club adapt to the ever changing leisure industry. The extra free weight sector and increase of cardio equipment has created a greater ambience in the gymnasium and allows members to try out some of the new free weights and cardio machines aswell as providing the member with more choice.

Aerobics Studio
The aerobics studio provides the ideal setting for the various exercise classes which are on offer and is also a perfect place for some personal training.We have increased the number of classes available to members over the last few seasonal schedules providing the member with more options.

Swimming Pool
Our Greco-Roman style pool is set in a wonderfully tranquil surrounding within the club. The 18 metre heated pool along with its unique décor and ambience caters for leisure and lane swimming, aqua classes, and swim lessons.

Jacuzzi/Steam Room/Sauna
A therapeutic Jacuzzi bath is the ideal area for you to unwind and ease away the strains of the day, providing hydro massage jets to revitalise and rejuvenate the body from head to toe.

The Sauna and Steam room wellness area soothes and relaxes muscle tension and allows you to de-stress and cleanse the body, mind and soul.
