A chic alternative to staid conference and meeting rooms, the 4-star Westgrove Hotel and Conference Centre offers a variety of stylish and flexible spaces. Set on 2 floors and with state of the art AV and telecommunications technology, a host of great dining options and impeccable service, this venue is guaranteed to motivate minds and get ideas flowing.
Located in Clane Village, the hotel is easily accessible to all major routes, being only 10 minutes from both the M4/Maynooth exit, and M7/Naas exit. The full conference centre comprises of 2 large conference suites and 9 dedicated meeting rooms as well as a large choice of areas for breaks.

Conference Suits
Our 2 largest conference suites, the O’Connell and the Alexander Suites cater for 450 and 400 delegates theatre style respectively. Having both suites enable the Westgrove to professionally cater for larger events in terms of the main conference session and to cater for the large group’s dining needs in one dedicated area. Alternatively either of the 2 suites are ideal for group activities or onsite team building. This capacity creates a hassle-free arena for any event organiser or conference agent.
The O’Connell and Alexander Suites provide large flexible spaces that are filled with natural daylight, that also offer blackout facilities and air conditioning. There is a dedicated conference centre entrance and a private bar, the Onyx Bar, but both suites are also easily accessible from within the hotel. With state of the art AV equipment integrated in the suites, these are included in the room hire charges.

Dedicated Meeting Rooms
Our 9 dedicated meeting rooms vary in size from our 5 syndicate rooms with a capacity of 20 theatre style in each to the larger Director’s Suite with a capacity of 64 theatre style. Each is individually appointed and is filled with natural daylight, while each one also provides blackout facilities and air conditioning.
With AV equipment included in each room, and wireless internet access throughout, they provide competitively priced meeting space in Co. Kildare. Located across 2 floors each room opens onto large and spacious atria that are ideal for breaks and networking. Light lunches can be catered for in the rooms, or alternatively the delegates can dine in either the Oak Bar or Exchange Restaurant.
