Terms & Conditions plus cancellation policy
Check in time is from 3pm and Check out is before 12pm. (Individual hotel check in/check out time may vary)
To make a booking you must give the details of a valid credit or debit card legally held by you in order to confirm your reservation. There is no booking deposit, the card details secure your reservation. The accommodation charge as well as any additional costs incurred shall be paid prior to departure from the hotel. For reservations using Select Gift vouchers, details of your vouchers must be given at reservation stage for validation. Select Gift Vouchers must be presented on check in at the hotel. Hotels may request your credit or debit card on check-in for pre-authorisation.
Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival, reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours prior to day of arrival. Cancellations made before this time will not be charged. Failure to cancel your booking prior to this time will result in an automatic charge equivalent to 1-night(s) accommodation being charged to your credit or debit card. If you wish to amend a reservation please call 021 4391998. Amendments may be made subject to hotel availability. Rate differences may apply if you change dates but this will be communicated to you by our reservation agents during your call.
Rates are quoted and charged in EUR inclusive of VAT (STG if you have booked a Northern Ireland property). Rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. Special offers and certain periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements.
