At The Peninsula Spa therapists believe that choice is important to our customers and that is why they have created the Peninsula Spa Signature Treatments that allow you to feel safe in the knowledge that the products have been locally sourced in County Kerry and are chemical free: home-grown organic herbal creams from Ballyferriter; freshly harvested Brandon Bay seaweed; honeycomb from our local Lispole beekeeper; and clay from Dingle Bay.

Guests can enjoy a number of options while dining at The Dingle Skellig Hotel. The Head Chef, John Ryan and his dedicated team are delighted to provide a number of offerings using fresh local produce.
The Coastguard Restaurant boasts one of the finest views on the peninsula. Relax and enjoy breakfast and dinner in the spectacular setting and unique ambience overlooking Dingle Bay and the mountains of the Iveragh Peninsula. The Chefs take great pride in preparing for you, the finest dishes with locally sourced products and the specialities of fresh seafood landed on the quays of Dingle.
The Blaskets Bar & Bistro at the Dingle Skellig Hotel has been welcoming and looking after guests since 1968 and of course, owes its name to the famous Blasket Islands, just off the west coast. With a warm and friendly atmosphere, the Blaskets Bar & Bistro is the ideal location to meet between daily activities, relax every evening and soak in stories of the days' adventures, or enjoy a song or dance according to our seasonal entertainment.
Bar Food is served from 12.30pm to 9.00pm daily offering a select range of dishes with house favourites such as Dingle Bay Seafood Chowder and Fresh Catch of the Day and Home Baked Scones available for you to enjoy from early morning or simply relax in our Gallarus Lounge enjoying the beautiful views of Dingle Bay.

Fungi Kids Club:
This caters for children over the age of four and provides a range of activities where the children are entertained in a safe and supervised environment offering Pool Games, Arts & Crafts, Baking, Pottery, Bouncing Castle and much more.
The Skellig Crèche and its experienced staff cater for children from infancy to 4 years and provide a friendly and safe environment for the youngest guests. It’s a Toddlers Wonderland full of colourful pictures, toys and activities. Parents can rest assured that their child is well taken care of enabling them to take a few hours for themselves to enjoy dinner, the local area or our facilities at the hotel.
A room devoted to the older children with Play Stations, X Boxes, Pool Table where they can hang out and meet new friends.
Fungi the Dolphin Boat Trips
Take a fun filled Boat Tour out to see Fungi the Dingle Dolphin in the beautiful setting of Dingle Bay. While watching Fungi, take in the beautiful scenery that Dingle Harbour has to offer. Daily departures are available from Dingle Pier from 10.00am throughout the day. No charge if Fungi is not seen!!
Dingle’s aquarium, Dingle Oceanworld is situated along the seafront and provides an interesting activity for all ages particularly on a rainy day. Situated near Dingle Harbour this interactive centre takes the visitor on a journey beneath the ocean, coming face to face with Reef Sharks and deadly Piranha. It is also home to the “Polar Penguin Exhibition” which houses 12 Gentoo Penguins, the 3rd largest penguin species in the world and can reach swimming times of up to 40 km per hour. The aquarium also introduces the visitor to the many species of fish in our waters and one can meet Molly the Turtle, hold a starfish and stroke the rays. One can also attend the daily feedings during the summer season and experience the Amazonian jungle feature. All in all Oceanworld is a fantastic fun day out for all the family.
Play at Height Climbing Wall
Offers the thrill of rock climbing in a fun and safe environment with something to suit all ages and levels of ability, its fun for all the family. Also open this year is the amazing outdoor high ropes course where you can work your way through 10 fun filled elements 30 feet up in the air! Finish off you visit with a go on the outdoor freefall, a chance to jump from a 40 foot high tower!!
Dingle Horse Riding
Luxury horse Riding and Day Treks on the magnificent Dingle Peninsula. Lessons are available from beginners to improved and treks available from beginners to advanced riders. Discounts available for Children and Family Packages.
Louis Mulcahy Pottery Workshops
The workshop in Cloghar has an open room where guests can try their skill on the potters wheel. The professionals can be seen going through their daily routine of throwing pots and the guests can try their skill at making the simplest shape. It’s great fun and the experience is absolutely free. If you wish to take the pot and have it fired, there is a minimal charge. Pre booking is necessary.
